Architasters is a project by Natalie Donat-Cattin and Jian Yong Khoo. It is a platform for speculation and discussion, functioning as a complementary repository for their design work.
The site focuses primarily on architecture with a keen eye on topics relating to art, culture, philosophy and travel. Architasters offers a non-linear, thematic based exploration through three different channels: ESSAYS (longform in-depth analysis into specific themes), IDEAS (short articles offering quick insights of a particular topic) and PHOTOGRAPHY (visual archive featuring a collection of original images).
Allowing for a spontaneous editorial direction, the themes will develop in line with relevant design work, with the aim of providing an unconventional perspective to topics within the discourse of architecture.
